Your worst spreadsheet, rebuilt as software in 48 hours.

Somewhere in your business there is a spreadsheet only one person understands. It tracks your jobs, or your quotes, or your roster, or your stock, or your compliance register, and it is held together with colour coding and a formula nobody is game to touch. We turn one of those into proper software in two days, at a fixed price, with a guarantee that costs us money if we are late.

The gap between a spreadsheet and thirty grand.

When the one person who understands the sheet is on leave, things get missed. You have known for a year it should be real software.

Then you got a quote: thirty thousand dollars and four months. For a tool that does one job.

Or you tried a no-code builder yourself and stalled two weekends in. The spreadsheet is still there.

What A$495 buys

  • One internal tool, built for your exact workflow
  • Up to five screens, two user roles, your spreadsheet imported and cleaned
  • One integration: Xero, HubSpot, Attio, Google Sheets export, or email and SMS notifications
  • Secure logins, hosted, backed up, live on the web at your own address
  • A full walkthrough so your team can use it on day one
  • The first month of care included: hosting, backups, security updates, bugs fixed free

How the 48 hours works

  • A 30-minute scoping call: you show us the spreadsheet and how the work actually happens
  • Within four business hours you get a one-page scope card: what we are building, what it does, what is out
  • You approve the scope card in writing. Only then does the clock start
  • The clock pauses only while we are waiting on you, for a login or a blocking answer, and every pause is logged and timestamped
  • 48 business hours later: handover call, logins, done. Not a prototype, not a demo
  • If the job cannot be done properly in 48 hours, we tell you before the clock starts and refund you in full

Six spreadsheets we would know anywhere.

Find yours, then picture the tool. These are patterns rather than case studies: yours will be its own animal.

Trades, quoting. Every quote lives in a sheet and someone chases the ones that go quiet, until they are on leave and nobody does. The tool: a quote board that flags anything quiet for seven days and drafts the chase email itself.

Allied health, compliance. Staff certificates, first-aid expiries and equipment tests in a colour-coded register someone checks when they remember to. The tool: the same register with a 90-day expiry dashboard and an email before anything lapses.

Cleaning, rosters. The roster is a tab per week, and cleaners text their availability for someone to retype every Sunday night. The tool: a roster the crew reads on their phones, with every change logged instead of retyped.

Landscaping, jobs. Jobs sorted by suburb and printed each morning. When a job moves, the crew finds out at smoko. The tool: a live job board by crew, in a phone browser on site, marked done with a photo.

Workshop, stock. Stock counts in a sheet that is right about once a month. You find out you are out of something when a job stalls. The tool: stock in and out from a phone, with reorder flags before the job stalls.

Office, invoicing. Won jobs copied by hand into Xero, and a "sent?" column that is nobody's job to keep true. The tool: won jobs pushed straight to Xero as draft invoices, with a list of what is unsent and what is unpaid.

What we don't build.

Read this before you buy. It is the reason we can promise 48 hours at all.

Out of scope, deliberately

  • Customer-facing apps or portals. This is for your team, not your customers
  • Mobile apps. Your tool works in any phone browser, but it is not an App Store app
  • Taking payments from your customers
  • Migrations from old databases or servers
  • Integrations beyond the list above
  • Anything that needs sign-off from an enterprise IT department

After the 48 hours

  • Your first month of care is included, then A$45 a month, cancel any time
  • Hosting, backups, security updates and uptime monitoring
  • Bugs fixed free, for as long as you are with us
  • Two small changes a month: a new field, a column, a report tweak
  • Bigger changes quoted at a fixed price before we touch anything, never hourly
  • Don't want care? A$20 a month for bare hosting, or take an export and run it yourself

Need something on the excluded list? We will tell you at scoping and point you somewhere honest, rather than take the money and stretch the definition.

Australian businesses running something important on a sheet.

This suits a single workflow with clear edges, in a business small enough that the spreadsheet is still the system of record. We see it most often in:

Where to go next

Common questions.

Why is this so cheap compared to a development agency?

Fixed scope, a hardened template and modern AI-assisted engineering. You are not paying for discovery workshops, project managers or a monthly meeting cadence. You are paying for the tool. The trade-off is that the scope is narrow and agreed in writing before we start.

Why is it dearer than a no-code subscription?

A no-code subscription is cheap because you are the one doing the building. Most people stall partway through and the spreadsheet stays. This is done for you, to a fixed date, with a guarantee attached.

Is 48 hours actually enough?

For one workflow with clear edges, yes, and the scope card is how the edges stay clear. If your job does not fit, we tell you before the clock starts and refund you in full rather than build you something disappointing.

What happens to my data?

It lives in its own database instance, and you can take a full export at any time, whether or not you stay on the care plan. If you walk away, you leave with your data.

What if I want changes after I see it?

Anything that is in the scope card and wrong, we fix free and the clock reopens. Anything new is a change: two small ones a month are included in the care plan, and bigger ones are quoted at a fixed price before we touch anything.

Can you build the next one after this?

Yes. One tool per engagement, as many engagements as you like. Most people start with their worst spreadsheet.

Bring us your worst spreadsheet.

Book the readiness call. We will look at the sheet, tell you honestly whether it fits in 48 hours, and scope it on the call if it does.
